Minimum square footage requirements vary by neighborhood:

  • Back Nine, Villas, Plantation, Great Southern, and Camphill/Hidden Lake Loop: 2,400 sq. ft.
  • Orchard: 1,800 sq. ft.
    High Street and Eagle Bend: 1,900 sq. ft.
  • Bachman Drive: 2,100 sq. ft.

How much are the HOA dues, and what do they include?

Homeowners Association dues at Money Hill are $90 per month. Money Hill’s HOA fees cover a wide range of services that help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of the community. These include road maintenance, landscaping, gate upkeep, utilities, capital improvements, and professional property management. An additional $25 per month is set aside specifically for the Road Reserve fund to support long-term infrastructure needs.

Additional monthly fees include $22.20 for waste services, $37.50 for AT&T high-speed internet, and $60 for lot maintenance (for lot owners only).

Is club membership required when purchasing a home or lot?

Yes, club membership is required for homeowners. Buyers have 60 days to join the club after purchasing a home. However, lot owners are not required to join the club.

No, there is no required timeframe for building after purchasing a lot, allowing you the flexibility to plan your dream home on your schedule.
